The bottleneck is rarely where it hurts. Before I propose anything, I ask, map, and understand. Often a single process change delivers more than a month of engineering.
Seven years of spatial design taught me two things that are rare in software: reading requirements between the lines, and building solutions that survive the user changing their mind. That rigour is what I bring to AI automations and system architecture.
